What kind of products do you make?

All items are handmade to order using recycled and reclaimed wood. Here at Prankata's we create wood benches, swings, birdhouses, signs, and other custom pieces. Because reclaimed wood is often old, natural imperfections such as knots, cracks, nail holes, and color variations are normal and part of the character of each item.

Are all items custom?

Yes. Every piece is made by hand and many are fully custom. No two items will be exactly alike.

How do I request a custom design?

You’ll be asked to upload photos or descriptions of what you want when placing your order. By submitting images, you confirm you have the right to use them. Final products may vary slightly due to the nature of reclaimed wood and the handmade process.

How long does it take to complete an order?

Most custom orders are completed within 7 to 10 business days. You’ll be contacted once your item is ready for pickup.

*Do you require a deposit?

Yes. A deposit is required before work begins. Deposits help cover materials, preparation, and labor time.

*What is your cancellation and refund policy?

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of being placed.

If canceled within 24 hours, 10% of the total order cost is retained to cover supplies and time.

No refunds or cancellations are accepted after 24 hours, as work and material sourcing will have begun.

Once production starts, all sales are final.

*Do you accept returns or exchanges?

No. Due to the custom and handmade nature of the items, returns and exchanges are not accepted.

Do you offer shipping?

No. All orders are local pickup only. Pickup details will be provided when your item is ready.

What happens if I don’t pick up my order?

Once your item is ready, you have 14 days to pick it up unless other arrangements are made.

Items not picked up within 14 days may be considered abandoned.

Abandoned items may be resold, repurposed, or disposed of at the seller’s discretion.

No refunds or credits will be issued for abandoned items.

*Is reclaimed wood safe to use?

Yes, but reclaimed wood may show signs of age or previous use. All items are intended for normal, intended use only. Proper installation, use, and maintenance are the responsibility of the customer.
